The dogs trained by this organization perform specific tasks and work as described by the final regulation under ADA. These tasks include, but are not limited to, brace, get help, lights, doors, pull, dress, retrieve, and reverse (Standard Service Dog tasks). 


Additional training tasks include, but are not limited to, medical alert, medical response, tactile stimulation, alert, interrupting, stabilizing, waking, initiate activity, initiate interpersonal interaction, and creation of personal space (Psychiatric Service Dogs tasks).

 He was attached to the USS Portland (LSD-37) in Norfolk, VA; followed by the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) in Norfolk, VA; served as Reserve Training Administrator in Dayton, OH; followed by attachment to the USS Opportune (ARS-41) in Norfolk, VA; served as Company Commander at the same NTC, Great Lakes, IL where he received his basic training; and then finished his years of service back in Norfolk, VA on board the USS Nassau (LHA-4) and then shore duty at SIMA Norfolk. He received many awards and decorations during his proud service of 26 years.
